When a property developer enlisted our services to craft a show apartment for his four-unit townhouse development in a trendy London neighbourhood, we were determined to let the modern architecture guide our design path. The space exuded a contemporary feel with subtle industrial undertones, featuring pale grey hues and crittall-style doors and windows. Our immediate vision was to create a minimalist, Scandi-inspired atmosphere, blending warm leather and rattan accents with the stark contrast of white walls and iron-and-glass elements. In the end, we believe the outcome brims with personality while maintaining broad appeal to a diverse range of prospective buyers.
